We were freelancing at McCann and won the pitch with this campaign, written for the
amazing David Schwimmer in the role of TSBs tongue-in-cheek anti-brand ambassador.
We made it all the way to pre-production when Covid hit and everything
had to be put on ice. So, like everybody else, we spent a few weeks at home watching
Tiger King and baking.
Thankfully, the creative team of Ben Buswell & Jo Griffin stepped in and, with a few
Covid-friendly creative tweaks (like putting David in a van) and deleted
crowd scenes, managed to make it all happen in the end.
